Sorry, refunds are not offered after 14 days of agreement between you (the Client) and me (the Webmaster). The Webmaster may offer adjustments and credits for customer satisfaction purposes only.
Since this is not a service that generally requires shipping, any shipping needs will be handled between the Client and the Webmaster at the time of purchase.
Communication between Client and Webmaster is essential for timely work. The Webmaster will make every effort to complete your website within 3 weeks of purchase (often quicker). However poor communication will create delays. It is the responsibility of the Client to respond to emails and request by the Webmaster promptly.
Costs for Domain Registration and Hosting vary from day to day. While Luthersites will do its best to keep your costs low, be advised that a sudden shift in Domain Registration or Hosting fees will result in fee changes at Luthersites. However after the Client and the Webmaster have entered into an agreement, no changes in fees can be made until the contract expires (1-year or 6-months).
Luthersites reserves the right to refuse contractual agreements with any potential Client for any reason.
